·         Pneumatically operated double station machine perfected in such a way that consistency in packaging is maintained throughout.

·         The heater Plate  size is 20’X26” & its thickness is around 33 to 35 MM thick which is heated with 12 nos. Cartridge heaters i.e. it can    pack the Calendar (hanger) having size up to 20”X26” & Most Important thing is that the Heater Plate is Floating so as to adjust perfectly on  Sealing die

·         The unique concept is that, the heater plate is hinged with Universal joint so as to align with bottom surface

·         It can seal up to 160-190 Calendars or up to 2400-2650 single cards in one hour.
    ( Handling safety norms above any other machines available.)

·         Low electrical consumption.

·         All necessary controllers are working in way to reduce damages and increase productivity.

·         Machine has Emergency switch to avoid the any accident hazards & the switch can be operated from both sides of machine.
